Daily Nutrition for Wednesday:
Breakfast: 7 egg white & 1 yoke mushroom and spinach scramble, piece whole wheat toast
Snack: P90X Chocolate Peanut Butter bar
Lunch: Grilled chicken cob salad w/2 Hard boiled eggs (whites only)
Snack: Clif 20G Builder Bar
Post Workout Meal: Greenberry Shakeology w/1 banana, 1/2 cup frozen blue berries, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein, ice, 8oz water (very tasty)
Date Night Dinner: Baked shrimp wrapped in whitefish w/faba, Lima, garbanzo bean medley. 1 Newcastle Brown Ale, 1 glass Jordon Cabernet
