That was GREAT, he has so much charisma, and he was so funny! I love the "People don't care how much you know, they just want to know how much you care." Good stuff! I might borrow this and put it on my blog, :)
Thanks for the Post Brad. I have spoken to Jay on the phone a few times and now regret even more that I did not make a better effort at this years Summit to sit and chat with him. Now we need this years presentation by Anne Dovel
