Okay...She not a "Real Rock Star" and she doesn't consider herself as one, I just like to give her a little grief. That's a big surprise there.. ) However she has been a fantastic help to me recently.
I had a chance to talk with Monica Ward today, one of Beachbody's 5 Star coaches. I love talking with her, her energy and knowlege is only surpassed by her willingness to help people succeed! She is a valued friend! Can't wait to see her and her Arizona Team at the next Coach Summit in So. Cal!
