Part of Team Xtreme Fitness is we have several challenges, one of them being Jump Knee Tucks. The Challenge is done the second time through the rotation when Domi goes double time. You do as many Jump Knee Tucks as you can, form is going to falter but that's only a secondary concern, the main goal is, Give Me Your Max!

I count 59 JKTs. Thomas also said his Heart Rate maxed out at 178.
