Heard this story on the radio this morning from MSNBC.com

Exercise no likely to rev up your metabolism.

I agree with the overall premise that simply exercising alone without proper nutrition will not cause you to lose weight, that's why I recommend you need to do both have proper nutrition combined with an exercise program.
