Body Fat Testing
I've had several people recently send me emails looking for the website I refer to on the Beachbody Message Boards regarding measuring Body Fat. Click here for the Body Fat link.
you can spend a bunch of money on the different caliper options out there but you're looking at a fraction of a difference, does it really matter if you measure 10mm or 10.3452245? :)

That's the only one I use to calculate my body fat too! I use the first method for females, jackson caliper method.
I was wondering, is there considered a better caliper to purchase? or are they all pretty much the same.
