New Week Workout Schedule

Last Week's schedule went so well I'm really looking at mixing it up again this week, see if we can stay on a roll!

Monday: P90X Chest & Back with Ab RipperX
Tuesday: One on One Plyo Legs
Wednesday: P90X Shoulders & Arms with Ab RipperX
Thursday: One on One Super Cardio 5-6 & Foutain of Youth Yoga
Friday: One on One Thirty Fifteen Routine (this will be interesting since I'm doing Chest & Back on Monday)
Saturday: P90X+ Abs Core Plus & Interval X Plus
Sunday: YogaX




I also picked up this years copy of Swimsuit addition of Sports Illustrated, kind a cool being in it, even if it's in an Advertisement
