Message Board info

In creating this blog I thought I'd try to connect some dots between those that are bloggers to those who are part of the Beachbody message board community. TeamXtremeFitness has had a message thread for quite some time. I'm planning on including much more here as there are fewer controls as to what can be discussed and posted. There also a Transformation Photo Album I put together of some of the people who have been through some of the Beachbody programs.
