I love the Feeling of a Great Workout!


I love the feeling after a great workout! I did one of my new favorites, One on One with Tony Horton Thirty Fifteen Routine. The initial thought of doing 12 sets of 30 rep pushups in combination with 12 sets of 15 pullups can be a mental Mt. Everest!

For the record I did 360 pushups and 146 Pullups to include 8 Levers, I struggle with the Lever moves as I have a door frame pull up bar and I've got to bend my knees at the start so it's a bit awkward, but getting better. Stepped on the scale this morning at 177 lbs.
