Another Week, another workout schedule...

Summer is here, kids are getting out of school and it's been a bit hectic, I'm sure many of you are in the same boat. That doesn't give license to forget about your health and fitness. Remember it's a lifestyle not a 90 day program, make health and fitness a part of your life and it comes natural.

Monday: P90X Chest & Back in the morning & Meetup.com Fit Club Workout One on One Plyo Legs
Tuesday: One on One Results 4 Recovery
Wednesday: P90 Core Cardio
Thursday: P90X Shoulders & Arms w/Ab RipperX
Friday: INSANITY Plyometric Cardio (wish me luck!)
Saturday: One on One Thirty Fifteen Routine

It's Simple, Just Not Easy!
