Insanity update
Sorry folks, the link for the video I had up has not been released by Beachbody so I had to remove it. Promo videos and more information will soon follow I'm sure.
Yeah, thanks alot, LOL. After I saw it, I immediately went to my coach office, and was like, "where the heck is it?" because I wanted to post it on my blog too..guess we'll just have to wait! I think it will be a great product for people who don't want to go out and buy wieghts and bands. It looks pretty intense too!
