I've had a chance to go over the current release of One on One with Tony Horton workouts and so far, I'm a HUGE FAN! I love them, quick, no nonsence, just bring it!
One of the routines, P90 Road Warrior is much like the P90 series stuff so if you're familiar with P90 you'll know what to expect but he's designed it to be done with one resistance band, no weights. You can use weights but it's for the "Road Warrior".
Other workouts include.
Thirty Fifteen Routine: which I've already commented about, 24 total sets of pushups and pullups!
Just Arms: Biceps, Triceps and forearms, I like it but found it just a little slow and get more out of the P90X Shoulders and Arms workout, but if you're looking for an arm routine, it's a killer.
Killer Abs: Is just that, KILLER! You do Ab Ripper 200 and Ab RipperX, only difference is you're doing 20 reps on the Ab RipperX routine and Tony forgets to do Wide leg or Crossed Leg situps. About 25 mintues total.
Plyo Legs: Put Plyometrics and the Legs portion of Legs and Back together. There are several new moves but if you're looking to blast your legs & a$$ well this is the one! My legs were sore for 3 days afterwards!
Fountain of Youth Yoga: Tony breaks down YogaX into about 45 minutes which includes stretching and a little "abba-dabba", some great ab work at the end...."it's a beautiful thing", (he says that A LOT in this workout for some reason)
These are great workouts to add to the collection of P90, P90X, & P90X+. There is no nutritional program and or specific fitness rotation for these, wanted to clarify that.
For right now I've replaced P90X Chest and Back with the Thirty Fifteen Routine, Plyo Legs in place of Plyometrics, Fountain of Youth Yoga instead of YogaX and doing Killer Abs instead of Ab RipperX.
